Privacy notice

UNIVA Global Pathways is a concern of UNIVA Youth Council. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email, phone number, residence, study level, study preferences, English-test status, contact preferences, any optional academic details, and message that you provide. We use these details to respond to your request, arrange counselling, and track its progress. Your request does not automatically book an appointment.

Who can see your inquiry?

Your inquiry is available to you and authorised UNIVA Global Pathways owners and administrators. It is not published on the website. We will ask before sharing your personal details with a university for an introduction.

Accounts and storage

Account authentication and inquiry records use our separate Supabase project. Your browser stores authentication information so you can remain signed in. The dashboard demonstration stores sample content only in your own browser. We do not ask you to send passports, financial records, or other sensitive documents through this inquiry form.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting UNIVA Youth Council through its official website. We retain inquiry details while needed for follow-up and organisational records; you may ask us to remove them.

Student stories and media

Student reviews, photos, and videos are published separately with permission. Sending a counselling request does not give permission to publish your details or image. Contact us to request removal of published media.

University and other external links have their own privacy policies. Public photos and videos on this website are accessible to visitors.
